For over a year, artist Mira Gandy had been creating an
Arts organization that would serve as a legacy to her mother,
Tony award-winning producer/publicist Irene Gandy.
In March 2020, Covid-19 invaded the world and everything was put on PAUSE. As the weeks of quarantine turned into months, it became clear that amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic that the arts were needed now more than ever and it was time to launch The Gandy Art House to provide a space to help people build connection through creativity.

The GAH offers online classes in visual, performance and healing arts for children and adults.
The Kids Corner provides art activities and showcase children’s artwork.
Online Live Arts Events
The GAH presents live arts events including performances and interactive virtual events.
The GAH offers lectures and artist talks open to the public.
The GAH holds online Arts Exhibitions for young artists.
The "Q" Art Space offers arts programming and a safe space for Queer youth and allies to create visual and performance art and provides a platform for youth to showcase artwork.
